Simply measure your chest in inches and pick the size you require . Generally 38-40 is small 42 is medium ,44 is large , 46 xl , 48 -50 xxl etc .   If your belly is bigger than your chest or you are very tall and have problems getting a fit in other clothing then it will need to be custom made  .
